Spray City Hall Remodel & Art Show featuring 14 local Spray area Artists

Stop in City Hall, Monday through Thursday, 9:00am to 3:00pm, to view artwork that captures life in the John Day Basin. See the new City of Spray Meeting Room.

Special Western Art Show Open House Event, Saturday, May 29th, 2010, 10:00am to 1:00pm before the Spray Rodeo.

Artwork will be on display in City Hall through the Summer of 2010.

Special consideration for the following people for believing it could be done and thier perseverance; Mayor Bobby Adams,City Attorney Gary Lockwood, City Recorder Andrea Wycoff, Maintenance Supervisor David Hand, Past Council President Ron Davenport, Current council President Valerie Howell, all efforts of all past and present councilors involved

Construction by Knife River, a better crew could not have been found

Engineering Services from Brad Baird and the team at Anderson Perry & Associates Inc., their expertise was essential for the completion of this project.

Administration from Sue Newsletter of E.O.P.S. helped us keep our focus and paperwork straight.

A Grant from OECDD with Beverly Kupperman as the State Funder.

USDA Rural Development with Janet Suter managing Federal funding, and without her help this project would have been permanently stalled.
